Parmview Inn - Legazpi

This place is centrally located, right next to the city center and a residential area close to SM City.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel, I liked brand-new and reasonably spacious rooms and amicable staff. The atmosphere created was family! Its location near the beach was good. Moreover, it was so close to food establishments and malls, and the airport.

The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was great. Stayed in a brand-new and extremely spacious room with private bathroom👍

The shared units here offer a cozy family-like ambiance.

I recently stayed at Parmview Inn for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk from the main road where you can catch a jeepney to nearby shopping malls. I appreciated the convenience of having a self-service laundry shop, SM, and a Korean convenience store nearby. The room itself was exactly as advertised – clean, with a hot and cold shower, and a smart TV. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located close to the SM shopping mall 🛍️. the staff here was incredibly helpful, assisting us from the moment we arrived until we checked out. the rooms, although with shared bathrooms, were comfortable.

The staff at Parmview Inn were friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist in the second building. Despite the initial confusion, they made sure we were comfortable and provided us with nice rooms.

The location was perfect, close to downtown and all the nightlife spots. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh-smelling bed sheets and blankets. We had a great rest and sleep during our stay. The water heater and kitchen facilities were a bonus. The secured parking area gave us peace of mind.
